Born with a rare, life‑threatening disorder, 2‑year‑old Norah has spent her entire life tethered by a 5‑foot tube to the mechanical ventilator that keeps her alive. Thanks to surgery at Lurie Children’s that is available at only a handful of medical centers nationally, her life will soon be transformed.
