On April 21, 2017, the Children’s Research Fund Junior Board held our 4th annual Perillo BMW Spring Fashion Show. 2017’s Spring Event benefitted the research of Dr. Paul Lee, to identify the exact role of the gene DYRK1A in leukemia and to discover more effective drug therapies for children suffering from Leukemia. Board members, Chicago fashion bloggers, and our researcher, Dr. Paul Lee, modeled the latest spring fashions from Club Monaco and the 900 Michigan Avenue Shops. Guests mingled to a live DJ, enjoyed the open bar, and dined on food from Zed451 and Rockit Bar. Thanks to all of our supporters and sponsors, our event raised over $14,000 dollars toward pediatric medical research!
On Thursday, May 14, 2015, over 200 young professionals from the Chicago area attended our 2nd Annual Fashion Show: Walking the Runway for Pediatric Research. This year’s event was held at Perillo BMW benefitting the research of Dr. Katherine Barsness, and the children of Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Board members, models from One Magnificent Model, and our researcher, Dr. Kathy, strutted their stuff in apparel from the luxurious shops at 900 North Michigan Avenue. Beautiful BMW’s were on display and several were available for attendees to test drive. Refreshing cocktails were provided by Rebar and delicious hors d’oeuvres were served by Quartino and Florentine. Thanks to all of our supporters and sponsors, our event raised over $13,000 dollars toward pediatric medical research.
If you are planning to purchase a car from Perillo BMW this year, make sure to present your Golden Ticket! For each sale, Perillo will make a donation to the Children’s Research Fund Junior Board.
