The Founders’ Board of Children’s Memorial Hospital is honored to host the 51st Annual Pro Amateur Golf Championship presented by United Airlines.

The festivities kick off with the Tee-Off Dinner on Sunday, June 26, 2011 on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan at Shoreacres. At this celebratory event, sponsors, golfers & their guests, Founders’ Board members and Hospital leadership will gather to celebrate the generous corporations and individuals who have made contributions to support this year’s event. The evening will include a cocktail reception, dinner, contests and prizes as well as two one-of-a-kind Live Auction items.

The 51st Annual Pro Am Golf Championship will tee off on Monday, June 27, 2011 at the Onwentsia Club. Four amateur golfers will be paired with one national club professional to compete in the tournament’s best-ball format. The top four groups will be awarded tournament prizes at the event’s concluding party, the 19th Hole Awards Party. The winning foursome will have their names permanently etched on the June Seaman Trophy.

Proceeds from the 2011 Pro Am will support the Founders’ Board’s five-year, $10 million commitment to the Hospital’s Department of Family Services.
